Aim first black bird so that it rolls under pig on the upper platform. Detonate when right under pig. Pig on platform must be popped by force of the blast.

Aim second black bird so that it rolls on first part of train. Try to get it to stop on its own right before third wood plank.  To get a high score the bird needs to settle there briefly before exploding on its own.
