Arc first red bird at monkey at sand blocks under upper right platform. Make sure to set off TNT at lower right.

Aim second red bird at sand blocks below monkey on second platform.

Aim third red bird at pellets next to monkey on closest platform.

(These last two shots can be done in reverse order, but there is an outside chance of a two-bird solution (not saved) doing it in the above order)
