Loop first blue bird at fairly high trajectory splitting soon after releasing from slingshot (generally around cloud level or a little higher). Try to get each mini-bird to hit ice between bridges.
Loop second blue bird in a very similar way, if first trajectory was successful. Hope for favorable collapse.
(Using a third blue bird can also generate a fairly high, score but two is probably preferable)

I tried a different method. Aim first bird up around 80 degrees. Tap to split quite early. Was able to get one blue bird in each section with enough damage that the entire level collapsed yielding a score of 118,970
